Hype calls for teams: remote morale that isn't another Zoom
HYPELINE can be booked for people on a team — before a launch, a demo day, a quarter close or an ordinary Monday — at $6.99 for 20 seconds or $9.99 for 40. Each call is booked individually to one consenting adult and their own number; there is no bulk product, no dashboard and no group call, which is deliberate.

Why there is no team plan
A manager cannot consent on an employee's behalf to a stranger phoning their personal number, and a morale gesture that arrives as an unexpected call from an unknown number is not a morale gesture. So the flow is: ask the person, get a yes, book it. It costs about the same as a coffee each and it is the only budget line in team morale that produces an actual anecdote.
The moments worth spending it on
The morning of a launch. Ten minutes before the biggest demo of the year. The day a long project finally ends, which almost never gets marked. The first day back for someone returning from leave.
How to book one
Ask them first. This is not optional — HYPELINE will not call a number whose owner has not agreed to it, and the consent checkbox at booking is a legal record, not a formality.
With their yes in hand, book the call: pick HYPE PRO (20 seconds, $6.99) or HYPE MAX (40 seconds, $9.99).
Describe the occasion in a sentence. Details make the call — their name, the thing they're walking into, the joke only you two would get.
Pick the minute, at least 3 hours out and inside 8:00 AM–9:00 PM in their local time.
Pay, then say nothing else about it. They know a call is coming; they do not know when, from whom, or what it will say. That is the surprise.
Who makes this call
Decibel Dee — Volume as a love language. Former stadium announcer. Specialty: job interviews. HYPELINE's hype people are named characters, and you pick one at booking.
What it sounds like
“SHIP IT. IT IS NEVER GOING TO FEEL READY AND IT IS READY.”
“NOBODY ON THAT DEMO CALL KNOWS WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. ONLY YOU DO.”
“YOU CARRIED THIS QUARTER AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT.”
Questions people ask
Is there a bulk discount or an invoice?
No. Each call is a separate $6.99 or $9.99 card payment through Stripe.
Can I book calls for my whole team at once?
No — one booking is one person, one number, one consent record. That is a compliance constraint, not a missing feature.
Can the call go to a work number or a conference line?
It goes to a phone that a consenting adult will personally answer. Do not book it to a shared line or a meeting bridge.
