TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hype Line ("HYPELINE™", "we", "us") and any hype call you book through this site. By booking a call you agree to these Terms.

1. THIS IS ENTERTAINMENT

Hype Line is motivational entertainment only. It is not therapy, counseling, coaching, medical care, psychological care, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a crisis service. Our hype people are performers, not clinicians.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, do not book a hype call — call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 in the US) or contact your local emergency services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Hype Line. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. CONSENT TO CONTACT

By booking a call, you consent to receive one phone call (your hype call) and booking-related text messages (such as confirmations or scheduling changes) from Hype Line at the phone number you provide. The number you provide must be your own — you may not book calls to other people's numbers. You may revoke your consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text or emailing us; revocation before your call is delivered is treated as a cancellation under the refund policy below.

4. REFUND POLICY

Plainly: if we don't deliver your call, you get a full refund. Once a call has been completed, there are no refunds. If you cancel before your scheduled call, or we can't reach you at your number at the scheduled time despite reasonable attempts, we'll issue a full refund. Exception: no refund is owed where service was ended for abuse (see Section 6).

5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We guarantee volume, not results. Hype Line makes no promise that you will get the job, the second date, or the personal record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hype Line's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

We may end a call immediately and refuse future service if a caller is abusive to our hype people, or if we believe the service is being used to harass, intimidate, or target a third party. Bookings ended or refused for abuse are not refunded. Attempting to book a call to a number that isn't yours is a violation of these Terms.

7. NO RECORDING

Calls are not recorded. We do not record, transcribe, or store audio of hype calls.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
