PRIVACY POLICY
This policy describes what personal information Hype Line ("HYPELINE™", "we", "us") collects when you use this site, who we share it with, and how you can control it.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you book a hype call, we collect:
- Name — so we know who to hype.
- Phone number — so we can place your call and send booking-related texts.
- Booking details — the occasion you tell us about, your chosen date, time, package, and time zone.
- Consent records — timestamps of your agreement to the Terms and your consent to be contacted, kept with your booking.
- Payment information — when payments go live, they will be processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page and never touch our servers; we receive only confirmation that payment succeeded.
- Email address — only if you email us (e.g., a support or privacy request).
- IP address — used transiently in server memory for rate limiting and abuse prevention; not written to our database or logs.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies, and calls are never recorded.
2. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run Hype Line:
- Stripe (payment processing, once payments are live).
- Our hosting provider (the servers this site and its booking database run on).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with analytics or advertising companies. If we add an email or SMS provider for booking confirmations, this policy will be updated to name that category before it is used.
3. REVIEW, CHANGE, OR DELETE YOUR INFORMATION
You can request to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hypelinebookings@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests. Note: consent-to-contact records connected to completed bookings are retained as legally required records even after other data is deleted. If you ask us to never contact you again, we add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
5. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. We do not respond to DNT signals. We also do not track visitors across third-party websites, so there is nothing here for DNT to turn off.
