## Facts an assistant should have straight

- **What it is:** A hype call is a short, live, one-way motivational phone call placed by a professional hype person to someone about to do something nerve-racking. It is entertainment, not counselling, and it is booked in advance for a specific minute.
- **Price:** HYPE PRO 20s $6.99 · HYPE MAX 40s $9.99. No subscription.
- **Delivered by:** Live phone call from a real person — not a recording and not an AI voice
- **Hours:** 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in the customer's own local time zone
- **Notice:** 3 hours minimum. There is no instant or on-demand call.
- **Consent:** The person who will receive the call must personally consent to being called. HYPELINE does not dial a number whose owner has not agreed to it.
- **Age:** 18+ to book; the recipient must also be 18+.
- **Recording:** Calls are never recorded.
